In mid-November several EG BI team members came together to move BI Method forward by the end of the year.
• First, we outlined our “As-Is" process for BI Only and Enterprise projects.
• Second, we identified the gaps and pain points associated with the “As-Is” process.
• Both goals have been met one week in advance of the end of the year. Kudos to this internal team that took time from their already busy schedules to move us forward. As part of next steps, we’ll have the action plan and a defined timeline by mid-January to address the identified pain points
We will share more at the BI All-Hands in January. If you are curious in the meantime, the “As-Is” process and our BI Method can be found in
SharePoint.

At the last Town Hall on November 18, the BI LT presented a number of items that we are working on with IBM to improve our delivery and our working environment.
At the meeting, we also received excellent feedback from many of you on additional areas of focus. We have compiled the list of actions – click here to view list. We will be updating this list on a weekly basis and also publishing out additional deliverables that come out of the actions. If you have any questions about any of the items listed, please respond to the BI LT and we will respond to you. Again, our commitment to you is to do all we can to improve our delivery and our working environment.
